Mooncakes and Instant Dry Yeast

How To Do:

1. Add instant dry yeast, baking powder and sugar to water for fermentation;

Pour the yeast into the flour and slowly pour in the milk.

3. Knead the flour into a smooth dough and leave it to ferment for 1 hour;

4. Break the mooncake into small pieces, take out the egg yolk and use it for other purposes.

Pour in a small amount of milk and mix it into a smooth and shiny appearance.

6. Divide the dough and filling into equal parts (about 10 pieces), wrap them, let them ferment for 8 minutes, steam for 10 minutes, and turn off the heat and cover for 5 minutes.
