Easy to use:

(1). Mix the Xinghe bread dry yeast into flour. 0.8~1.2% of the flour’s use amount is suitable. Add water and stir well. Or, knead with the paste as dough for fermenting.

(2). Water temperature and fermenting temperature should be controlled at 35~38℃.

(3). Please do not add the Xinghe bread dry yeast into the oil or cold water directly.
