Description of Sugar Tolerance Yeast for Sweet Bread

Sugar tolerance yeast for sweet bread is the yeast in a semi-dormant state. It is suitable for producing sweet bread, cake and pastry. Compared with normal instant dry yeast, sugar tolerance yeast can have higher fermenting power.

The drying process in its manufacture reduces moisture content, giving it a longer shelf life than cake yeast while retaining optimum activity. When activated, it provides ultimate baking activity in all yeast dough- low sugar to highly sweetened breads. Instant Bakery Dry Yeast is designed for yeast-leavened bread and dough. The finished product will have the particular flavor, texture and consistency associated with a yeast-leavened product.

Usage:

Instant Bakery Dry Yeast is suitable for making sweet bread, cake, and biscuit.

Dosage:

0.8~1.2% of the flour’s use amount

Storage:

Stored in shady and cool place, it should keep away from the acid and alkali, and avoid long time connection with air

Shelf   Life:

24 months.

How to Use

1. Mixing   the yeast low sugar into flour, add water, and stir well. Or, knead with the   paste as dough for fermenting.

2. Control   the water temperature and the fermenting temperature at 35~38℃.
3. Avoid   directly adding the Instant Bakery Dry Yeast into oil or cold water.


Packing:

Inner Packing: Individual units vacuum packed in poly-laminate foil sachets. Heat sealed.

Outer Packing: Seaworthy Master Cartons
