Each unit is packed with vacuumed aluminium foil.

 

Main Technical Parameters:

1. Oder: Yeast odor, no special odor.

2. Color: Yellowish

3. Moisture: ≤5.5%

4. Fermenting power: 600~700ml/h

5. Protein: 45~51%

6. Active Cells: ≥90%

7. Preserving Rate: ≥90%

8. Shelf Life: 2 years from the production date.

9. Storage: Stored in shady and cool place, it should keep away from the acid and alkali, and avoid long time connection with air


Instruction for Use:

1. Mix the yeast high sugar into flour. 0.8~1.2% of the flour’s use amount is suitable. Add water and stir well. Or, knead with the paste as dough for fermenting.

2. Water temperature and fermenting temperature should be controlled at 35~38℃.

3. Please do not add the instant dry yeast high sugar into the oil or cold water directly.
