Low Sugar and High Sugar Instant Dy Yeast

Low-sugar instant dry yeast:

Also known as common dry yeast, it is suitable for dough products with less than 8% sugar content or without sugar

For example: white toast, wholemeal bread, whole grain bread, French crust bread and so on

Dry yeast usage: 1-1.2%, fresh yeast 2%-2.5


High-sugar instant dry yeast:

Also called high sugar resistant yeast, it is used in dough for products containing more than 8% sugar.

Such as: sweet bread, sandwich bread, sweet toast and other products

Dry yeast use 1% to 1.5%, fresh yeast use 2% to 3%
